By using Adventures Of (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.

Adventures Of provides an AI-powered platform for creating personalized children's books. You provide photos and information about a child; our AI generates a unique story and illustrations. The resulting book can be delivered digitally (PDF) or as a printed physical book.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure book quality, but because every book is generated by AI, results may vary. We do not guarantee that illustrations will exactly match the provided photos, though we strive for a recognizable likeness.

All payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the stated amount. Prices are in USD and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Refund policy: If you are unsatisfied with your book, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@myadventurebookshop.com. We will regenerate the book or issue a full refund at your discretion. For damaged printed books, we will replace or refund. Refunds for digital products are at our discretion once the PDF has been delivered.

Upon payment and fulfillment of your order, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to the generated book. This means you may print, read, and share the book with family and friends for personal use.

You may not resell, sublicense, or use the generated content commercially without our written permission. Adventures Of retains ownership of the underlying AI models, generation technology, and platform. The unique story and illustrations generated for your book are licensed to you exclusively for personal use.

By uploading photos, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child depicted (or have their guardian's explicit consent) and that you have the right to use the photos for this purpose. You grant Adventures Of a limited, non-exclusive license to process the photos solely to generate your book.

Our collection, use, and deletion of personal data — including children's photos — is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We are committed to COPPA compliance and operate private AI infrastructure so your child's data is never shared with third-party AI providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adventures Of is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
